We have flexible arrival days and offer full days on arrival and departure.

Minimum stay 3 nights (during school holidays minimum stay 7 nights).

We accept one well-behaved dog (extra upon request) at a rate of £30 per dog, per stay.

SHORT BREAKS...

3 night break: 70% of full week

4 night break: 80% of full week

5 night break: 90% of full week

To confirm your booking, a booking fee of £30 (plus a £300 security deposit) in addition to 50% of the total rent is required at time of booking (this amount is non-refundable unless dates are successfully re-let), with the remaining 50% due 4 weeks before arrival. Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival are due in full at time of booking.

The security / breakages deposit is required at time of final payment and will be returned in full, unless needed, days after departure. All or part of the security deposit will be retained if the cottage is not left in the clean and tidy manner it was found in on arrival. It will cover any ‘additional’ cleaning and laundry and / or damage to the property.

Terms & Conditions…

Cancellation or changes by the Guest: Once the holiday is booked the Guest has entered into a legally binding contract. If the Guest cancels, for whatever reason (including but not limited to medical and weather related) then no refund of the deposit will be due, and within 4 weeks of the holiday no refund of the full balance is due. The Guest may wish to seek to take out a holiday insurance including a suitable cancellation protection plan to cover forced cancellations.

Once the Owner has accepted a booking, it can only be changed to another date providing the property is available for the new dates and the owner is agreeable to the change. 

* In case of travel restricted at a national level by government guidelines on Covid-19, or national lockdown, or if self-catering accommodation is not allowed to receive guests, we will postpone your booking without charge. We do not offer a refund in this instance, whole or partial.
